Welcome to Looking After Your Team: coaching support for those who lead, manage or organise a team or group in primary care

The Looking After Your Team service will create an opportunity for individuals who lead, manage or organise teams and groups, to access coaching about their team. The coaching is centred around compassionate team leadership and will aim to encourage psychological wellbeing and resilience in teams while supporting them to continue to deliver projects, services and high-quality care to patients.

You can access support with a highly skilled and experienced coach who will proactively support you to work with your team, by developing practical strategies and making small improvements.

If that sounds like the kind of support you need please fill in the details below and continue on to register for a first session. If you feel you need something else, particularly if your feel you need urgent emotional support, please access the wider NHS People website. Your coach will work with you following professional code of ethics and your conversations will be confidential. The only potential exception to this is if information is disclosed that the coach reasonably believes there is an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to you or others, in which case they will discuss a potential referral with you.

If you have already registered for one of our coaching offers then please proceed to the pages to make a booking or manage existing bookings. If you already have a session you wish to reschedule, use the link in the emails you have been sent. If you experience any difficulties with this booking site please contact [email protected]

Thanks for being proactive and choosing to access support.
