Welcome to #LookingAfterYouToo: an individual coaching support offer for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic staff working in NHS and ambulance trusts
The purpose of this service, is to ensure that any staff member who identifies as part of our Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic workforce in NHS and ambulance trusts, is supported to maintain their psychological wellbeing during this challenging time. This individually tailored coaching support will focus on proactively supporting you to process experiences, offload the demands of whatever you are experiencing, deal with difficult conversation, develop coping skills and be supported in developing practical strategies.
If that sounds like the kind of support you need please fill in the details below and continue on to register for a first session. If you feel you need something else, particularly if your feel you need urgent emotional support, please access the wider NHS People website. Your coach will work with you following professional code of ethics and your conversations will be confidential. The only potential exception to this is if information is disclosed that the coach reasonably believes there is an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to you or others, in which case they will discuss a potential referral with you.
