We appreciate that all members of our NHS Chief Executive and Chair community are facing an unparalleled set of opportunities and challenges.  

This event will give you the opportunity to think about how you respond to these realities, providing you with the space to learn, reflect, connect and replenish in an entirely confidential peer network. We will build a supportive and honest environment, offering structured opportunities to meet new and familiar colleagues for rich and real conversations about issues of shared and current interest.  Rather than following a detailed agenda, we will create our programme together around some set points, emphasising opportunities for reflection with and learning from peers.  Facilitators will also offer new ideas and models where these are relevant and helpful.
