The Chief Executive Development Network is uniquely positioned as a confidential and non-political, peer development network that offers reflection, renewal, regeneration and community. It offers learning and development support for chief executives, at a time when the challenge in the system to deliver today while creating the services for tomorrow is the greatest it has ever been.
As with all our Residentials, we will build a supportive and honest environment, offering structured opportunities to meet new and familiar colleagues for rich and real conversations about issues of shared and current interest. We will design our programme together rather than following a set agenda, emphasising opportunities for reflection with and learning from peers and welcoming colleagues who can only join for some of the time.
