Part of your role as a leader is to help your colleagues work through their reactions in a helpful and supportive way.
People react differently to situations they face at work as a result of who they are and what a given situation means for them.
In this short bitesize course, we’re going to look at emotions and care.
Find some time and space with a notebook / journal to work through this reflective guide that will help you to recognise and support different emotional responses.
