Why not take some time out to reflect and consider at least one thing that you can do to reduce your own stress levels.
One of the things I’ve learnt over the years about any kind of stress management is about the level of control in which you take in your life. And as somebody who has had a husband in intensive care very suddenly in life, I understand the importance of being able to take control and make purposeful, intentional decisions. What one choice that you made this week to reduce your own stress?

I went for a run outside in the fresh air and sun, I went to bed earlier than normal, I meditated twice per day
