We want to think about each of the domains as equally important. The better we have all 6 working well, the better our resilience is.

Let’s take some time to explore each domain and reflect on where we could focus our energy to improve them.

This section is both supportive learning for facilitators to think about and apply in your own experience, and can be used by you as template when supporting others.
